Rachel Goisovich works for Baltimore County Public Schools as the Coordinator of Secondary English Language Arts and Literacy. She previously served as the disciplinary literacy specialist for grades 4-10, where she partnered with educators across all disciplines to support students in deepening their literacy skills. Diana Mansour serves as the English Language Development (ELD) Specialist at Fordson High School in Dearborn, Michigan. With over 17 years of teaching experience (including in Lebanon), Mansour is passionate about understanding the communities where she works and how they make meaning of the world. She is also trained as a Reading Apprenticeship facilitator with WestEd and has presented about her work at national and local conferences. - Julie Orzechowski, ELA Instructional Coach, Dearborn, MI
Julie Orzechowski serves as a facilitator for Reading Apprenticeship and an instructional coach for 6th-8th grade ELA in Dearborn, Michigan. She was first introduced to Reading Apprenticeship as a teacher at Fordson High School in 2013, where it transformed her instructional practices. During the 2018-19 school year, Orzechowski completed facilitation training for the program and has continued to support other educators since that time. - Dr. Harley Ramsey, St. Mary’s Area School District, PA
Dr. Harley Ramsey is the Superintendent of the St. Mary’s Area School District. He started his career in education as an agricultural education teacher before spending six years as a director of multi-state operations in the electrical and lighting service industry. Since returning to education, Dr. Ramsey has served in multiple leadership roles in K-12 and higher education with a “true north” commitment of supporting rural high-poverty communities. - Lauren Spenceley, Secondary ELA Specialist, Arizona Department of Education
As the Secondary English Language Arts Specialist with the Arizona Department of Education (ADE), Lauren Spenceley provides support to districts, schools, and educators with implementation of Arizona’s English Language Arts Standards, particularly in grades 6-12. Prior to joining ADE in 2020, she was a secondary ELA classroom teacher for over 14 years. Spenceley sits on the board of the Arizona English Teachers’ Association.

Stephanie is the Director of Partnership Development for the Reading Apprenticeship team. She is a former elementary school teacher with over 25 years’ experience in the field of education including teacher coaching, assisting with curriculum selection, and providing professional development. Stephanie obtained her BA in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University and her MA in Education from Pepperdine University.
